Ingredients

Groovy Keto Keto Banana Bread Mix

130g unsalted butter (melted)

3 medium eggs

60g Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Optional: a handful of chopped walnuts or pecans for crunch

Alternatively, chop up 50g of our Keto Chocolate Buttons for larger chocolate chunks
Directions
Preheat your oven to 170°C (fan) / 190°C (conventional) / 375°F. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then stir in the melted butter until combined.
Add the Groovy Keto Banana Bread Mix and fold everything together until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips (or chopped buttons), saving a few to sprinkle on top.
Pour the batter into the loaf tin and smooth the top. Sprinkle over the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and a skewer comes out clean.
Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
