Delivery, Returns & FAQ

At Groovy Keto, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here’s what to expect when you order from us.

📦 UK Dispatch & Delivery

Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched the next working day.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Standard Delivery — Royal Mail 48

  • 95% of UK orders arrive within 2 working days of dispatch.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in case of postal delays.

Next Working Day Delivery

Need your order sooner? Select Next Working Day Delivery at checkout and order before 2pm, Monday to Friday, for delivery the next working day.

This is a Monday–Friday service only. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays do not count as working days.

For example:

  • Order before 2pm on Monday: delivery is expected on Tuesday.
  • Order before 2pm on Friday: delivery is expected on Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday.
  • Order after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend: dispatch is normally Monday, with delivery expected on Tuesday. If Monday is a bank holiday, dispatch is normally Tuesday, with delivery expected on Wednesday.

Orders placed after the 2pm cut-off are normally dispatched the next working day, with delivery expected the working day after dispatch.

Austria · Denmark · France · Germany · Ireland · Norway · Sweden

✈️ Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location

⚠️ Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
