A useful substitute for granulated sugar. Not perfect, as it doesn't caramelise or make a syrup, but great for cooking and for preparation of lemonades and sweet liquida.
They make a great sponge, but are quite bland , so berries and Greek yogurt does lift it , not too
eggy which I was worried about, I’ve tried two , have a few more flavours to try , I might order more .They are great value and arrive promptly.
Nice selection. Use a combination mostly in my cold brew coffee to try to replicate a maple syrup and vanilla extract flavour.

Lovely tasting Lemon cake with hardly any carbohydrates. As an insulin dependent diabetic, I can eat a decent sized piece and hardly affect my sugar levels. Just brilliant

This is the best cake mix for Keto I have tried over 5 years. Every other one I have bought has a strange aftertaste but this is perfect. Served it at Sunday Tea and no-one guessed it wasn't a shop bought one.
Absolutely amazing. So easy yo make. Just mix and bake. No difference from the original chocolate brownies, tastes delicious. Only exception is this is more healthy!
Realy lovely could not tell difference from normal bases.. and bonus I can layer my own toppings everytime

This works really well as an icing sugar. The sweetness is spot on and I don’t find it bitter at all. Such a good store cupboard baking basic for a keto diet.
I love baking with this. It tastes really good in baking. I also love it stirred into Greek yogurt as the caramel flavour works really well with fruit and yogurt.

Bought towards a birthday present. I tried one myself & was pleasantly surprised 😋 it took a bit longer to cook, maybe because my mug was a little thick, so 1.5mins in micro.
I served it with custard & it was very nice, good size for a single dessert but I think it would be a bit too sweet without custard, cream or ice-cream.
I will buy again for when my cousin visits as she is diabetic but loves her cakes !
