This is a very tasty alternative to porridge. I am type 2 diabetic and this product has helped me to bring my CBG's into a healthy range.
Highly recommended but obviously a bit on the expensive side.

We are making our way through them, banana bread, walnut cake, chocolate cake all amazing and I’ve just took delivery of the lemon and the carrot cake. Plus they have amazing recipes on the website - we also bought the chocolate drops and added those to the banana bread and the chocolate cake .. what a fantastic family business. We will be shopping with them for hopefully years to come
I have had the carrot cake one and it's very tasty thought I would have to give up cake i was told I was diabetic and to cut down on carbs
Made these this evening, very light lovely substitute for the real thing, top tip feel very soft when ready to take out of the oven, leave to cool & they firm up great, can't wait to try the walnut cake. ❤️
My favourite of all the mug mixes, a fresh lemon taste. I do micowave my mix for 1.30 mins, perfect result every time.

I was a little dubious after trying many other Keto sweet treats over the years but honestly I was absolutely delighted with these Keto mug cakes. So easy to make and they were unreal. All flavours are delicious and sponge was fluffy and glorious!! I’m over the moon I found these as they are guilt free and feel like a real indulgence when sticking to keto. I’ll be preferring more very soon.
