I cooked it in the mug. Then put it in a bowl with cream on top. I love hot puds with cream , ice cream or cold custard on. It was so good I’ve ordered the chocolate one 😁

Ideal for me. One sachet made in a large, wide-ish soup mug makes a mini-cake that can be split and filled and iced/frosted with low-carb jams, and cream cheese and erythritol icing, and makes 2 very generous desserts.
Just tried the vanilla mug cake, quick and easy to make. 60secs, perfect light sponge.

I was really looking forward to trying these mug cakes and they are okay but to be truthful, the ones I have had thus far, I found lacking in taste.

They're OK, not very sweet and taste bland. Surprising given the amount of erythritol in them. Texture is nice.
