I Iove bread but sadly the supermarket doesn't produce good keto products. This was easy to make. I know it doesn't taste like normal bread but that's the point. Keto bread taste and the texture is different. But you can make it tastier trying in different ways.
Being on low Fodmap diet, most of the breads in supermarkets are either unsuitable or not very nice. This Keto bread is easy to make and tastes good,either in sandwiches or toasted.
Sadly as good as this baked like bread it tasted like anything but! I've had other seeded loaves, non keto admittedly, that taste much better. Also it didn't toast! What's the point of a loaf that cant be toasted
When you are gluten, dairy, egg, tree nut intolerant and want lower carbs one's options are severely limited, until now, this seeded bread mix is yum!

The carrot cake mix I bought was great and tasted great. Again would buy.
My mistake was that I thought that the seeded bread mix could be made in a bread machine. What a disaster! I’ll have to get some more and actually not only read the instructions, but to do them too! 😆 I still tasted delicious.
