These keto chocolate chip cookies are soft, buttery, and deliciously low-carb — perfect for when you’re craving something sweet without the sugar crash. Made using our Groovy Keto Cookie Mix and Dark Chocolate Baking Chips, they’re quick to make and even quicker to disappear.

Ingredients

1 Pack of Groovy Keto Cookie Mix

40-50g Keto Dark Chocolate Chips

80g unsalted butter

1 Large Egg
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan) / 200°C (conventional).
In a mixing bowl, combine:
1 pack of Groovy Keto Cookie Mix, 1 egg, 80g unsalted butter
Mix well until a dough forms.
Gently fold in your keto chocolate chips (or buttons if using), ensuring they're evenly distributed.
Divide the dough into 14 equal pieces, roll into balls, and place on a lined baking tray.
Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden around the edges.
