How many carbs are in Groovy Keto bread and wraps?
Our keto sliced loaf contains just 2.3g net carbs per slice, with high fibre and high protein. Our keto wraps contain 4.4g net carbs per wrap, along with 10g of fibre and 9g of protein per wrap. By comparison, standard white bread typically contains 15–20g net carbs per slice. Both products sit comfortably within standard ketogenic daily carb limits of 20–50g net carbs, leaving plenty of room for the rest of your meals throughout the day.
Can I freeze the bread and wraps?
Yes — both products freeze well, which makes stocking up a smart move. For the sliced loaf, slice before freezing so you can pull out individual pieces as needed, then toast straight from frozen with no need to defrost first. For the wraps, freeze in the original packaging, defrost at room temperature for 1–2 hours, then warm in a dry pan for 30 seconds to restore flexibility before filling. Both are best consumed within 3 months of freezing. Before freezing, store in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Once opened and not frozen, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
Can I use the wraps for things other than sandwiches?
Absolutely. The wraps are soft, flexible, and strong enough to hold generous fillings without tearing — making them one of the most versatile products in the range.
