My go-to electrolytes. The flavour is really pleasant—not too sweet or artificial—and, importantly for me, they don’t contain sugar alcohols, which tend to upset my stomach. They’re sweetened with stevia, but there’s no unpleasant aftertaste, which is a big plus.
I’ve had no issues with digestion using these. I like to add a pinch of salt to increase the sodium content, as that’s my personal preference. Overall, a reliable and well-tolerated option that I keep coming back to.
Wonderfully soft. They taste much better than other keto wraps I've tried.
Moist brownies that tasted delicious. Much better than other keto brands that we have tried.
Overall was happy with the taste. I found them to still have softness, and they weren't overly dry. They could be bended without breaking as well. I found that they grilled up well, as you can see, they've got nice grill marks on them.My only complaint is that at the time of review, for 8 wraps at 6.99 I just can't see that being a sustainable option that I would go to. But if low carb/keto is really important, or not wanting to sacrifice taste and texture, these might be worth it for you then.
A little expensive, and a bit smaller than your average tortilla wrap, but worthy sacrifices for the amazing macronutrient profile in this, low carb and high protein and overall low calorie, i do recommend heating this for a bit longer than your average tortilla but it's really good, doesn't have an awful protein taste, tastes just like regular wraps.
These keto wraps have been really handy for quick easy lunches and they’re a good size and feel filling enough to keep me going for quite a long time. I like how soft and flexible they are because they roll easily without tearing which makes them ideal for packed lunches or simple wraps at home. They’re not too sticky, low in carbs and higher in fibre and protein which definitely helps with staying full and the value for money feels ok and in line with similar products. My only real downside is the ingredients list and I do wish it was a little cleaner and simpler but overall they’ve been a convenient option when I want something tasty, low carb that still feels like a proper meal.
The only problem is that it only contains 4. :) The wraps could also be a bit larger.
Good value for money. Good taste and texture
So previously I tried the fitbakes wraps which were okay but as soon as I saw groovy keto started doing them too I had to try because I absolutely love their stuff - my favourite keto brand. The wraps did not disappoint either so soft and taste so great cant really tell they are keto wraps. Im buying again on repeat.
Really tasty wraps that are delicious for low carbs
This is a pack of 8 low carb wraps. A good alternative to regular flour wraps if you are cutting out carbs or dieting. These have fibre and protein and seem to be a good fit for me.The pack is split into 2 packs of 4 which is good for freshness, as wraps can go stale very quickly once opened. These are slightly chewier and have a different texture to regular wraps. They are fairly bland yet have a slightly sweet taste to them as well, quite interesting but not unpleasant if that's what you need as your alternative.Being smaller in size, I would have a couple of these as a meal and they are very filling. All in all pretty good. They do work out currently over one pound a wrap though so I'd prefer a larger pack size.
These Groovy Keto wraps are a solid option if you are looking to cut carbs without giving up the idea of wraps altogether. They come in two separate packs of four, which I really like as it means you do not have to open all eight at once. From a nutritional point of view, they tick a lot of boxes, low carbs, high fibre, and a decent amount of protein, which makes them feel far more filling than standard wraps. In terms of texture, they are generally soft and flexible, especially when gently warmed. I was able to fold and roll them without them falling apart, and they held fillings like roasted vegetables, cheese, salads, and spreads well enough without turning soggy straight away. They do feel a little denser and chewier than a regular wrap, but not in an unpleasant way, more substantial and satisfying.Flavour wise, they are fairly neutral with a slight sweetness and an overall wholesome taste. On their own, they do not taste exactly like a traditional flour wrap, but once filled, the difference is much less noticeable. They work best with well seasoned savoury fillings rather than very plain ones. The main drawback for me is the size and value. The wraps are on the smaller side, so I sometimes find myself using two instead of one. Combined with the higher price point compared to regular wraps, this makes them feel more like an occasional option rather than an everyday staple unless low carb eating is a priority.Overall, these wraps do what they are designed to do. They are a convenient, low carb alternative that is easy to use, filling, and versatile, with just a few compromises on size and cost.
too small only for burrito and expensive
These low carb wraps look, feel and taste, just like regular wraps I am used to eating, making them a perfect substitute with some valuable additional nutrients added. They hold their shape well without tearing even when well filled, and make for a very nice lunch. The price is pretty high compared to regular wholemeal wraps, but they do contain way less total carbs, so definitely effective in their aim.
I’ve been trying these low‑carb wraps for a little while now and they’ve actually slotted into my lunchtime routine far more easily than I expected. I picked them up because I wanted something lighter than standard tortillas but still soft enough and these have definitely done the job.The first thing that stood out was how soft and flexible they are. A lot of low‑carb alternatives can be a bit cardboard‑like or fall apart the second you try to fold them, but these hold together really well. I’ve used them for everything from chicken wraps to breakfast eggs to quick cold lunches, and they’ve stayed intact without cracking. They warm up nicely in a pan too, which makes them feel closer to a regular wrap.Nutritionally, they’re pretty impressive esp if your counting macros - low in carbs, high in fibre, and with a decent amount of protein. I’ve found them surprisingly filling, which is ideal when you’re trying to keep meals satisfying without loading up on bread. The taste is mild and neutral, which I actually prefer because it doesn’t clash with whatever you put inside. There are a couple of downsides, though nothing dramatic. They’re definitely pricier than standard wraps, and the pack size isn’t huge and neither are the wraps themselves, so if you use them daily it adds up. They can also feel a bit delicate if you over‑stuff them, so you do need to be a little bit sensible with the fillings. In terms of value for money, I’d say they’re fair. You’re paying more, but you’re getting something that fits a low‑carb or keto diet without feeling like a compromise and compared to similar items the price is pretty similiar. The quality is good, they stay fresh in the pack and have a long shelf life and they don’t tear easily, which is more than I can say for some alternatives I’ve tried.I’d recommend giving them a go if you’re cutting carbs or just want a lighter option that still feels like proper bread. They’re tasty, versatile, and easy to use and a solid addition to a healthier routine.
These wraps are on the small side (same size as the Mission brand’s “mini” ones rather than their “XL” ones), but they’re thick and quite dense, with a pancake-like quality to them which makes up for it a bit. When they arrived, my kids thought they were actual pancakes, and were disappointed! They remind me of the bulkier wraps you’d find in a supermarket meal deal hoisin duck wrap, where the bulkier tortilla helps maintain the structure and keep the sauce in, and also acts as filler to make the whole thing seem more substantial whilst being less generous with the expensive and tasty fillings.I like the flavour and texture of these wraps. There’s something quite satisfying about them. They’re a little bit chewy, whilst just about avoiding being rubbery, a little like eating a dense, hunger-quenching compacted white bread. It’s not big or clever, but you can make a very decent wrap with these. The one nutritional figure where there’s a huge difference is in the carbs. There’s 4.4g of carbs in one of these wraps, compared to 48g in the Mission wraps we already had in the kitchen- that’s a substantial difference. But a lot of the other figures, like the protein figure (9 grams compared to 6.8 grams) are less different. And unfortunately, one of the most substantially different figures is the price. To get this very-low-carb small wrap, you’re looking at paying almost a quid per individual wrap, as opposed to twenty or thirty pence from an everyday brand. For me, that completely overshadows the dietary saving, to the extent that unless carb reduction was medically advised, I really wouldn’t see paying that much extra as being justified. So while I really liked the flavour and they made very decent and portable wraps, and while the carb content is impressively low, I don’t see enough benefit in these to make them worth paying so much extra for.
These Groovy Keto wraps are a low-carb dream come true! At just 4.4g carbs, 10g fibre, and 9g protein per wrap, they're perfect for staying in ketosis while enjoying tacos, quesadillas, or sandwiches. Super soft and flexible, no cracking or tearing like some keto tortillas and totally vegan-friendly. They toast up nicely for crunch or stay pliable straight from the pack. Great taste without weird aftertastes. Minor con: slightly pricier than regular wraps, but worth it for the macros. A staple in my keto kitchen now, highly recommend!
You get 8 wraps in this pack of Keto Protein Wraps from the Groovy Keto Store. The wraps are soft and flexible and ideal for making up into rolled wraps. The combination of low carbs, high protein and high fibre make these wraps an ideal addition to my healthy eating plan especially at 123 calories per wrap. The wraps taste good and as expected, less floury. They go well with savoury fillings and salad and they hold together well when rolled into a wrap. My husband is also keen on them as he is always looking for ways to up his protein intake for the gym. Tasty wraps that are large enough (40g) to fill you up and work well with a variety of recipes.
These wraps are nice, but especially so when toasted and I'd recommend this. They are a bit plain with a bit of an odd taste otherwise. The texture is absolutely fine, don't break apart or crumble. They contain a reasonably low carb content sitting at just over 4g of carbs per wrap, well within keto expectations. They're a bit too small for my liking, and I really wish they were a bit bigger. This limits the uses for me.They last very well, they come in a re-sealable bag and I've had them open for 2 weeks, still as fresh as before. These are expensive which is another downside next to the size.. Current price of £8.99 per 8 is not a great value and there are other products available that are larger.
These Groovy Keto wraps are fantastic. They’re soft, flexible, and don’t tear, which already puts them miles ahead of most low‑carb tortillas. The texture is great, and they hold fillings really well without falling apart.Nutritionally, they’re spot on for a keto or low‑carb lifestyle — only 4.4g carbs, plus 10g fibre and 9g protein per wrap. It’s such a nice balance, and they’re surprisingly satisfying. They also taste really good, with no strange aftertaste that some keto breads have.I also love that they’re vegan‑friendly, which makes them even more versatile for different diets. They work perfectly for wraps, quesadillas, breakfast rolls, or even as a quick pizza base.Overall, these are some of the best low‑carb wraps I’ve tried — tasty, reliable, and great for staying on track without feeling restricted. Highly recommended.
Amazing wraps they stay together, warm and toast very well and honestly taste wise I can’t tell a difference. Although the price is quite steep I would definitely say they are worth it to be able to eat ‘cheat’ foods healthily. I used these for fakeaway kebabs and they were perfect
If you want to cut back on carbs but don't want to give up wraps completely, these keto wraps are a good choice. They are good for keto or low-carb diets because they have a lot of fiber and protein and not a lot of carbs.I liked that they were soft and flexible enough to wrap without tearing. They are great for making wraps. It doesn't taste bad, but it does taste more "healthy," and it might take some time to get used to, especially if you're new to keto products. I think they taste better with fillings that are well-seasoned than with simple ones. For the amount, they are on the expensive side, but that's pretty normal for specialized keto products. In general, this is a good low-carb wrap choice that is also good for you. Just don't expect it to taste exactly like a regular tortilla.
I ordered this to try and bring a bit of normality back into meals while sticking to a keto style diet, because bread really does start to feel like a luxury after a while. It is actually pretty good, it is packed full of seeds and it has a nice flavour that feels much closer to a proper multigrain loaf than most low carb options I have tried. It feels filling for its size and it works well for simple sandwiches or as a side with a meal, which is something I have really missed. The loaf itself is quite small though, so it is worth knowing that going in. The slices are not tiny but they are definitely on the smaller side, which means it is easy to end up using two or more slices to feel like you have had a proper portion. I did try it toasted and personally I would avoid that, it went very dry very quickly and lost a lot of what makes it enjoyable. It is much better just used fresh where it keeps a bit of softness and holds spreads and fillings nicely.Overall, it is a really interesting option if you are low carb or keto and craving bread, because it actually feels like real bread rather than a strange substitute. It is not something I would eat every day, but it is great to have on hand for when you really want it and it does a good job of scratching that itch 🙂Pros🙂 Really nice seeded flavour🙂 Feels like proper multigrain bread🙂 Works well for sandwiches and sides🙂 Filling for a low carb optionCons😐 Loaf and slices are quite small😐 Not great when toasted, goes very dry
This bread is quite expensive for such a small amount and the slices are very small. It arrived in perfect condition and was packaged in thick plastic that kept the loaf fresh and in good shape. It is good that the loaf is a mix of different flours to give a complementation of different proteins and the flavour is good and malty with interesting addition of a variety of seeds, which are all great. The texture is more spongy than any bread I have tasted before and I prefer it toasted which gives it a good crispness rather than the spongy texture. It keeps well and the freshness did not fall rapidly after a couple of days. It is good to have these breads available for specialist dietary requirements and the higher price does reflect the special ingredients and small batches made.
