I really like this porridge. A bit of stevia and yum..
I use it as my base then add lots of other stuff and make a very thick and nourishing seed based mix, with chocolate powder, moringa, C8 Coconut powder, casein protein powder, Ceylon cinnamon and some other items. Then I use milk and Greek Yogurt and make a nice thick combo.
I really like this porridge. I have at work everyday.
