I purchased this banana bread mixture as I eat a keto diet.I fancied a sweet treat - minus the sugar!I found the mixture really easy to use, with great baking instructions to follow.The bread itself comes out nice and firm in texture. I used a loaf tin to bake it - more than big enough for me! It made a nice big loaf of banana bread!You get a lot for your money with this mixture, so value is great.Paired with a fibre syrup, it was lovely treat 😋

I don’t usually like Keto baked products made with almond flour. However I went in open minded and found my favourite Keto bake and my perfect way of eating it. Was so easy to make & bake and trust me I’m not cook or baker. Really can taste the banana flavour.I warmed it up for 30 seconds, served with cream, strawberries & raspberries and this was absolutely delicious!!! Great Keto pudding.

OMG!!! I was really surprised at how delicious this tasted! I didn’t even use the whole pack of baking mix and reckon I’ll use just half next time. Preparation is easy and the gorgeous aroma while it was baking was just a delight. And most importantly this is a low carb banana bread. Definitely recommend and yes it’s a bit pricey but worth it for the tasty end result. You will not be disappointed.
