I was looking for a low carb breakfast andI have found one! The Keto granola cinnamon is tasty and filling. I just add a little plain yoghurt and I’m not hungry until lunchtime. A great product.
After a diabetes diagnosis, I thought my days of eating a hot pudding was well and truly over, then I found this GK thing and the light foundits way back in to my life again 🙃 😅
A tasty start to the day servwith Greek yoghurt and berries. No aftertaste from any sweetener just a warm cinnamon flavour.
Not for me i found them tasteless and very dry, when microwaving the smell is not nice i tried 2 and threw the rest away!
The flavour and texture of these mug cakes are amazing and so easy to make.
Having been diagnosed recently with type 2 diabetes I thought the days of eating cakes would be few and far between but with these you can still enjoy a sweet treat without the worry of sugar spikes 😀

It’s very delicious. It doesn’t feel like you are eating a keto cake. However, it is way too sweet. I don’t understand how you can eat some thing this week. It’s too sweet for me. Even if the sweetener has zero impact on my blood sugar, the taste it’s way too sweet.

A delicious granola. I’m having to resist eating too much! Pop in a bowl with some Greek yogurt and a handful of berries for a great start to the day - or an afternoon snack.
Absolutely amazing! I was sceptical at first but WOW they taste amazing and so quick and easy to make. Will definitely order again
All of them were lovely. I had them either with low-carb low-sugar ice cream or the same kind of yoghurt. All were delicious.
