While I enjoyed the flavour and texture of this traybake I found it excessively sweet, to the extent that it made me feel quite sick. I also bought the lemon cake mix so I’m hoping against hope that it’s less sweet than this one.

Tasty and keto friendly, while giving my gut what it needs. I add my vegan protein powder to it sometimes as it is so versatile and can be eaten on its own or as a shake pudding or porridge.

So easy and quick from start to finish. The end product is really lovely. I baked the carrot cake and was not disappointed. Will be ordering some more shorly.

I purchased this banana bread mixture as I eat a keto diet.I fancied a sweet treat - minus the sugar!I found the mixture really easy to use, with great baking instructions to follow.The bread itself comes out nice and firm in texture. I used a loaf tin to bake it - more than big enough for me! It made a nice big loaf of banana bread!You get a lot for your money with this mixture, so value is great.Paired with a fibre syrup, it was lovely treat πŸ˜‹

It's is tasty but banana flavour is mild. Definitely good for a keto alternative. Texture is very much like any other banana bread and it is extremely easy to prep (trust me I am no cook as you can see from the photo I slightly overcooked) definitely would reccomend as its tasty and a small amount is very filling. Great snack with a cuppa! Hope this helps folks

I don’t usually like Keto baked products made with almond flour. However I went in open minded and found my favourite Keto bake and my perfect way of eating it. Was so easy to make & bake and trust me I’m not cook or baker. Really can taste the banana flavour.I warmed it up for 30 seconds, served with cream, strawberries & raspberries and this was absolutely delicious!!! Great Keto pudding.
